For What Ails Your AR/PCC
It all started on the range over 3 decades ago. What began as a passion for shooting quickly turned into an obsession with how the AR platform works—and how to improve upon it. Today, that same mindset applies to everything we create. Sloppy receiver fitment - cured. Affordable alternatives for heavy buffers - check. Bolt bounce with PCC's and FRS/SS - remedies prescribed. Innovative solutions...for shooters...from shooters. Check back often as products are being added to the catalog.
C.A.M.
While other manufacturers' products result in the separation of upper and lower receivers in an effort to tighten receiver fitment, the MSRx Corrective Action Mechanism (C.A.M.) rear takedown pins actually bring uppers and lowers together, as were meant to be. Whether your upper/lower fitment is sloppy loose, or so tight that you need a hammer to seat the takedown pin, there is a CAM for you.

Tite-Fix RTP
While most AR receiver sets suffer from a loose fitment, there are some combinations that are so tight that it requires significant force to seat the takedown pin. If you can get a takedown pin started, but it won't easily pass all the way through, the Tite-Fix rear takedown pin will eliminate that binding in most situations.
Dead Blow
Bolt bounce may be of concern with blowback PCC's. Loose fill dead blow medium has proven effective against bolt bounce, and (utilizing either lead or tungsten shot) buffers are available in all configurations. Choose from full fill or the new Hybrid buffer line.

Hard Cast
If you need to add buffer weight, but the cost of tungsten has you scratching your head, there is an alternative. This hard cast (90/6/4) alloy is ~50% heavier than steel, at a fraction of the of the cost of tungsten. Water quench to ~20BHN Brinell is more than up to the task. See also our AR-9/PCC bolt weights, sized to accommodate FRS and SS devices.
B.Y.O.B.
The MSRx online store maintains an inventory of typical buffer weights in tungsten, steel and aluminum, as well as hard cast (1x, 1.5x, 2x, and 3x) so you can mix or match to achieve any desired sliding buffer weight. There are also pre-measured quantities of both lead and tungsten shot for those loose fill dead blow buffers.

L'il Helper
The MSRx-214 L'il Helper is a special purpose buffer and spring, designed to enable forced reset selectors and inhibit bolt bounce with the blowback AR-9/PCC when paired with AR-10 or AR-15 (carbine) companion buffers in extended buffer tubes such as the A5 style or JRC, respectively.
Big'r Brother
Similar to a L'il Helper, the MSRx-258 Big'r Brother is 3/8" longer, designed to enable forced reset selectors and inhibit bolt bounce in a blowback PCC when paired with an A5 style buffer, or 9mm extended PCC buffer, in the rifle length receiver extension.

Parts and Tools
The MSRx online store contains many small parts and tools that are germain to our mission.
Bag Bumpers
We love the discrete tactical AR soft cases, such as the those by Bulldog and MidwayUSA, but there is a drawback. If you like to pack two uppers in the same compartment, or additonal gear in the same space as the upper receiver, there is little to nothing to protect your stuff from contact. Enter the MSRx Bag Bumpers.
