Welcome to MSRx. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MSRx website, online store, products, content, and related services.

By accessing this website, placing an order, or purchasing an MSRx product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase products through it.

1. Eligibility & Lawful Use

You may use this website and purchase MSRx products only if you are legally permitted to do so.

By placing an order, you represent that:

• You are legally eligible to purchase the products ordered;
• Your purchase and possession of the products are lawful in your jurisdiction;
• You will comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws; and
• Information you provide to MSRx is accurate and complete.

MSRx reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when we reasonably believe that completing the transaction or shipment may violate applicable law, carrier restrictions, these Terms, or MSRx policies.

2. Firearm-Related Products

MSRx sells components, accessories, tools, and related products intended for lawful sporting, recreational, maintenance, and other lawful purposes.

Firearms and firearm-related products involve inherent risks. Customers are responsible for understanding their equipment, selecting compatible components, following applicable manufacturer instructions, observing appropriate firearm safety practices, and complying with applicable laws.

Always ensure that a firearm is unloaded and otherwise made safe before inspection, maintenance, or servicing.

If you are uncertain about the compatibility, installation, condition, or safe use of any component, consult the firearm or component manufacturer or a qualified gunsmith before proceeding.

3. Product Compatibility

Firearm components and dimensional tolerances may vary among manufacturers, models, production runs, and individual firearms.

Product descriptions, measurements, compatibility information, diagrams, and other information provided by MSRx are intended to assist customers in selecting products but cannot account for every possible firearm or component combination.

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility with their particular equipment before installation or use.

4. Product Information

MSRx makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, photographs, pricing, and availability.

However, minor variations may occur, and we do not warrant that all website content will be completely free from typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, modify product specifications, or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing or listing error.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance by MSRx.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel orders when reasonably necessary, including because of:

• Product availability;
• Pricing or listing errors;
• Suspected fraud or misuse;
• Payment issues;
• Shipping restrictions;
• Legal or regulatory considerations; or
• Other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling an order.

If payment has already been collected for an order that MSRx cancels, the applicable amount will be refunded.

6. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be displayed during checkout when required.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is fulfilled.

7. Shipping

Orders are shipped according to the MSRx Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier delays and other events outside MSRx’s reasonable control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the MSRx Return & Refund Policy.

Products that have been installed, modified, altered, damaged, or used may not qualify for return except as otherwise required by applicable law or expressly provided by MSRx.

9. Installation, Modification & Use

MSRx products must be used only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with their intended application.

Customers assume responsibility for determining whether they possess the knowledge, tools, and experience necessary to safely service or modify their equipment.

Improper installation, incompatible components, unauthorized modification, misuse, abuse, or failure to follow applicable manufacturer instructions may result in property damage or personal injury.

When appropriate, MSRx recommends having firearm-related components installed or inspected by a qualified gunsmith.

10. Product Performance

Statements concerning product performance, fitment, testing, recoil characteristics, weight, tolerances, compatibility, or other performance characteristics are based on the conditions and equipment applicable to the particular product or testing described.

Individual results may vary because of differences in firearms, ammunition, components, manufacturing tolerances, maintenance, environmental conditions, and other variables.

No website statement should be interpreted as a guarantee that a particular firearm or component combination will produce identical results.

11. Warranties

MSRx warrants that its products will be free from material defects in workmanship when delivered, subject to any product specific warranty stated at the time of purchase.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MSRx does not warrant damage or malfunction resulting from:

• Improper installation;
• Incompatible components;
• Modification or alteration;
• Misuse or abuse;
• Normal wear and tear;
• Improper maintenance;
• Use contrary to manufacturer specifications; or
• Use for an unlawful or unintended purpose.

Any warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited remain unaffected.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MSRx will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use or misuse of the website or MSRx products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Customers remain responsible for the safe and lawful selection, installation, maintenance, possession, and use of products they purchase.

13. Assumption of Risk

Firearms and firearm-related activities involve inherent risks of serious injury, death, and property damage.

By purchasing or using any MSRx firearm-related product, you acknowledge those inherent risks and agree to exercise appropriate care, follow established firearm-safety practices, and use products in lawful and appropriate applications.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the MSRx name, branding, website content, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, diagrams, designs, and other original materials appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to MSRx and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from MSRx website content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

15. Patent & Proprietary Product Information

Certain MSRx products, technologies, or designs may be identified as Patent Pending or otherwise protected by intellectual-property rights.
